Published fees apply to engagements signed while they are posted on this page. A written fee proposal is honored for 30 days from its date.
Personal injury fees are 33 1/3 percent of the gross recovery if the claim resolves before a lawsuit is filed, 40 percent after a lawsuit is filed and 45 percent after trial begins. Case expenses are separate and are the client's responsibility, including if there is no recovery, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
